Creative Majlis is organising a special interactive session for its members as well as all UAE-based community service enthusiasts titled 'How Your Talent Can Impact The World Around You', conducted by Maliha Raza, senior member of the Creative Majlis and an Organisation Development & Social Advocacy expert.

Proposed Agenda of the Session:

-What is voluntary work? Why volunteer?

-Scope of voluntary work in Dubai

-How to use your special talents towards community service

-Open Space  an activity for members to explore their interest-areas in voluntary work & propose project ideas that CM can take up as a group

-Creative Majlis as a platform for creative community service

-Creative Majliss progress so far in terms of community service projects

-Working together, as members of Creative Majlis, to make a positive difference to the world around us

About Maliha Raza

A core-team member at Creative Majlis, Maliha has an extensive experience of over 13 years in the field of Organization Development (OD). She has consulted for organizations in 8 countries over the globe and implemented OD assignments for some leading international organizations ranging from the development sector (United Nations) to financial organizations (Amex) to the cellular industry (Airtel, Hutch) to IT. Apart from OD, her professional interests include, Training, Management consulting, Change Management, Systems Building and Leadership Development. She is also a life coach, counsellor and a trained clinical psychologist. Currently, she works as an Organizational Manager in a leading financial set up in Dubai.
