A little bit about me... Currently looking for employment in Recruiting, Human Resources or Organizational Development! I also work as an Business Systems Development Consultant identifying local, state, national and global trends, developing progressive business concepts and helping small businesses and government with strategic navigation.

With fifteen years of diverse industry experience in both the public and private sectors driving company and organizational change, seven were spent as an Information Technology professional developing emerging technology such as real time data for online investment trading and remote networking services to healthcare providers. I have worked for the Department of Justice and I am also a decorated (NAM) veteran (US Navy, 1993-1997).

As a continuous adult learner, I have an extensive educational background that consists of: traditional academia (AS International Relations, BS Management Information Systems), professional certifications (Paralegal, Data Warehousing, Six Sigma), professional education (Total Quality Management, Project Management, Six Sigma, SEC), military training (Instructor, Supply, Lathe, Machine Shop and Nuclear Environments), information technology training (Mainframe, Relational Databases, Data Transfer, PC, Multiple Platform Networked Environments) and I was a licensed Real Estate broker.

Professional affiliations include the Association for Information Technology Professionals (AITP), American Legion, American Society for Quality (ASQ), eInnovate, Metro Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC), Project Management Institute (PMI), Wisconsin Technology Council, and Young Professionals of Milwaukee (YPM).
