Santa Barbara businessman and entrepreneur Arthur Renold Biancone has spent most of his professional career pursuing business endeavors and making a name for himself and his businesses. Right now, Mr. Arthur R. Biancone holds a position as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist at the banking and mortgage lending company JP Morgan Chase Bank. Arthur Biancone, who recently celebrated his one-year anniversary with JP Morgan Chase Bank, is in charge of the company’s mortgage refinancing and mortgage loan origination and is a new purchase home lending specialist. Arthur Biancone also specializes in FHA loans and bank-owned property lending.

Mr. Arthur R. Biancone began his journey to JP Morgan Chase Bank in 2006. Arthur Biancone earned his California Real Estate license and became active in residential lending in the city he now calls home—Santa Barbara, California. Due to his dedication to the field, Arthur Biancone was hired at JP Morgan Chase Bank in fall 2007.

Prior to his position at JP Morgan Chase Bank, Mr. Arthur R. Biancone was the Chief Executive Officer at Santa Barbara-based Bianco Communications Inc., a company he started in October 1992 that specialized in computer peripheral import/export. Under the direction of Arthur Biancone, Bianco Communications Inc. became one of California's largest independent worldwide computer parts distributors. Mr. Arthur Biancone used his business savvy to systematically build his business based on creating lasting customer relationships and sourcing product from consistent suppliers, a tactic that brought Mr. Biancone and his company great success. After more than a decade of growth, the decline of the secondary high-tech market forced Arthur Biancone’s company to cease operation in 2006.
