Greetings fellow Ryzer and Welcome to my microcosm! Read on and learn more about me, my interests, beliefs and ideologies.
I'm Arun Nair, 28, a resident of the chaotic and energetic Mumbai city, the Indian city with no parallels. I love listening to music that pleases my ear; soft melodious music, instrumental, jazz, soft pop, the odd R&B, trance or just about any variation that sounds good to the ear.
I love traveling and would love to do a world tour, exploring various cultures, civilization and people. I'm fascinated by the European renaissance era and would love to explore the architectures and sculptures around Italy, France and England. Japan and China are also interesting places for their heritage and awesome architecture that have been preserved through the millenia. Photography is another one of my hobbies that go well with traveling and someday I'll have a site that will chronicle all my traveling experiences along with the photographs.
Reading is another activity that is integral to me. I have been reading books since the age of 7 and that habit hasnt' broken off. Books have been my window to different worlds, opening up a plethora of thoughts and taking me through a voyage of fascination and knowledge. Books are like time capsules that freeze frame the author's imagination into words waiting for the reader to discern and unlock the experience. All that reading through the years spawned an author in me and I've been writing articles and short stories for publications. Currently, I'm working on an e-book and should be ready in a few months.
As for the rest, aviation is another industry that fascinates me, partly because I have a horde of relatives in the airline industry including my father. Sketching is another hobby that occasionally materializes itself on napkins or blank papers when I have nothing in particular to do!
Feng-Shui is another interest that keeps me engaged. Few years back, I developed an application that returns your Kua Number (element number). Check out my Kua Number generator application hosted at the popular PCMAG.com.
Professionally, I specialize in Internet/New-Age Marketing, Content Management, Managing or Revamping Websites. I like my work speak for myself and over the years, I've managed and transformed lacklustre web-sites into market oriented, content rich, revenue generators (Check this out).
I'm an innovative entrepreneur and feel the constant need to innovate and add value to my offerings.
I have some exciting ideas that will manifest itself in a year's time and when that happens, you'll be the first to know here :)
All in all, I'm a versatile person waiting to leave his mark, wanting to make a difference in this world and making as many friends along the way.
