Time to revitalize life!

Isn't it amazing how life changes when you remove some of the negativity from it. I have joined a Monday AM club, started reading inspirational books and audiobooks, and have stopped allowing negative people to overrun my life. As a matter of fact - I've purged quite a few negative people from my life. Highly recommend it!

Time to Revive Your Skin!

Is it time to renew that skin ?

Use products that are super hydrating and moisturizing! Yes, there is a difference! To soften skin, look for products that will gently exfoliate without harsh nuts or other harsh ingredients that will damage or age your skin.

Don't forget the SPF. Even on overcast days you can get burned. Look for products that protect not only against UVB rays but also the Deep penetrating UVA rays.

What's Happening In My Life...

It is amazing how quickly the days seem to fly by and how quickly children grow.

What I have learned...
Life is way too short. We have had some adversity this year and a bit with losing a few beloved family members, other members becoming very ill, and whatnot. Dispite all that, life goes on and you just have to take it one step at a time and make due with what you have.

I have also learned that you can't get your happiness from external sources. It comes from God and from within - you make your own happiness.

I know... gag gag! I've heard this before. I have been reading a fantastic book and have met some amazing women lately that have really opened my eyes.

If you haven't read the book "How to Be Like Women of Influence - Life lessons from 20 of the greatest." by Pat and Ruth Williams (Second Edition). You need too! Learn from women like Mary Kay Ash, Oprah Winfrey, Mother Teresa, Golda Meir, and others who each teach us how to live with Integrity, Sincerity, Love, Wisdom, and other very important qualities. It's a must read!
