Hi Folks:

Allow me to introduce myself. People often call me a matchmaker. As a career counselor I have gift for being able to help my clients in understanding their uniqueness and how that translates into a career path. People often come to me feeling stifled in their current job, undervalued and overworked dreaming that there is something better out there for them and being powerless to do anything about it. I give them the inspiration and tools to take charge of their life and take the steps necessary for change. My approach is practical and hands-on rather than conceptual and intellectual.

One of the assets I bring to my clients is my understnding of the New York job market. New York requires a specfic mind frame, approach and skills to be successful. It is unlike anywhere else in the world. I help clients navigate this world and utilize my expansive personal network and access to jobs.

One of my great joys comes from my work with WICA(Women in Corporate America). This student organization was formed in 2001 for the purpose of providing networking, mentorship and personal and career development seminars for young women who are interested in career success.

One of our great events is our WICA Woman of the Year Leadership Event where we honor a woman who has achieved career success, is committed to family and is active in the community.

This year we honored Jennifer Scully Lerner of Goldman Sachs.

Out of WICA, PWICA(professional Women in Corporate America was formed by graduates from WICA. Our membership was expanded to include women from the New York business community who did not graduate Pace. We have affiliated with the National Association For Female Executives(NAFE) an organization of 60,000 members worldwide. Our organization has monthly evening seminars on topics of career and personal development.
