Meet Barbara "Bunny" Campbell:

Hello and Welcome to my Ryze Networking Page! I currently live in the Sunshine State of Florida and like many "Floridians" I am a transplanted Yankee from Long Island, NY. I am a proud US Veteran and a retired High School Educator.

Soon after retiring, I discovered that I missed teaching, and with time flying ever faster with each passing year, I embarked on a Personal Quest for Wellness, studying and learning everything I could about Health, Fitness, Nutrition, and Stress Reduction. The result of this quest was the launch of Essential Health Concepts, a wellness consulting firm designed to provide a wealth of knowledge in these specific areas.

Along the way, we have built key relationships with manufacturers and providers of the highest quality products and services that work in tandem with that knowledge, serving as tools to better assist our readers in their own individual fitness journeys.
