Welcome to my Ryze Page,
I'm so happy you're here!
I'm a wife to my dear husband, Paul, mother to two wonderful grown children, and our hearts are owned by our little Yorkshire Terrier, Aspen. I hope you'll stop by and visit my main website, Home of the Happy Nutritionist, where you'll find a link to meet my family with pictures.
A Bit About Me:
I am a Certified Nutritionist, and enjoy helping people with health and nutrition, BUT have discovered that I love writing about things that interest me, so blogs have become an outlet for that.
I guess you could say that I've become a "professional blogger" :-) I
blog about things that I love, and also work with a few services that connect advertisers with bloggers, and receive
payment for some of the posts to my blogs. In November of 2008 I received an award from one of those companies because they appreciate my ability to do what they call "niche blogging"...that was such a nice surprise and encouragement to me!
So helping me is the easiest thing in the world, all you have to do is visit my blogs, and when you do, I hope you'll enjoy the experience and get to know me better.
