I believe in ‘Winning by Sharing’ and in the philosophy of helping others, which I have based a large majority of my life on in a caring role as a nurse, with experience of multi-cultures and an understanding of people. I have a business called Dolma: D DESIGN O OUTSOURCING L LEADERSHIP M MANPOWER A ABILITY Why we started this business? I have a passion to help people, and am a district nurse in the community and am interested in the health of the nation. My wife comes from a family of Filipino nurses and wanted to extend her practice in the UK, and came over here some 7 years ago, and we met in a nursing home I was at that time managing. I have been a Christian since 1984 when I gave my life to Christ in Jerusalem through the ministry of Narkiss St Baptist Church - I've learnt to look for fruit in people's lives and not necessarily which club they belong too. I like listening to Praise music and reading books like Herman Hesse, Samuel Beckett, Peretti and non-fiction. The years have taught me simple trust and understanding. The decision to own a business Two years ago a friend of our’s became ill with cancer and we decided if life was brought to an abrupt end, that we would like to have a business, so we helped our nephew Danilo Del Campo in the Philippines who manages Dolma International, a Placement Agency there, and we subsequently opened a Recruitment Company here of the same name. Corporate Social Responsibility At our hearts is the wish to help the Philippines and reduce poverty there, and we believe socially, so we are trying to source work for Filipinos worldwide. We also have spent a long time helping street children projects which Juliet Bucoy, a friend is involved in. We met Juliet through a course of briefings we made to Qualified Social Workers in October 2004 who are a category of workers we are trying to place in the UK. OUR BUSINESS D DESIGN We offer for Ecademists is Website design, Logos, Brochures etc, and we will strive to get you the best price and be the cheapest in the market place for quality, content and design. If you need something done ask us! O OUTSOURCING We are able to advise you on Outsourcing and its benefits, and put you in touch with someone who can do this for you, whether its a service like a Call Centre, Online Support, or a Commodity. M MANPOWER/ WOMANPOWER We are able to place skilled professionals globally, and even advise you on your next job. I always believe in trying to help others and I am especially thankful to Roger Vanstone on his advice that has led me to reshape my profile. We are able to source any worker you require from any ethnic background, and we headhunt the people you need across the world. Filipino workers are second to none in work ethic, and work hard and conscientiously. We are able to offer the facilities of our agent for interviewing face-to-face, or by video conferencing with our offices in the Philippines using a Macintosh computer of 600mhz or above with iChat AV, a FireWire videocamera and a broadband connection to the Internet, or you are welcome to interview the candidates by telephone at your expense.
