About me
I'm
a happily married mom of two little girls, Grace who is five and Miranda who is three. Years before I even met my husband
I knew I wanted to be married someday, have kids, and be home with
them -- most of the time. I also knew I'd need a professional outlet,
so I started planning ahead.
I
have always wanted to be a teacher. When I was six years old my
favorite game was school, but only if I could be the teacher! Well,
fast forward to today and I have been teaching communication skills
for the last 11 years and I LOVE it!
A
little over three years ago, when 32 weeks pregnant with my youngest
daughter, I became very ill with a disease known as HELLP Syndrome.
Basically my blood was toxic, my liver was ready to burst and according
to my doctor, I was 4-8 hours from death. My baby had to be delivered
by emergency c-section and I spent Christmas week recovering in
ICU while my baby was in the NICU. I didn't see her in person until
she was three days old. (Compare that to my no drug/no intervention
midwife hospital birth of my 1st baby and wow-- did I experience
both ends of the spectrum!)
When
I got home I did some soul searching about why I am still here.
I know that my life's mission is to teach other people how to communicate
better; it's the path I've been on for a long time.
That's
when I decided I needed to do more than just teaching in the classroom.
In early 2006 I began my consulting business and have found many
new ways to help others.
About
my business
In
my business I do public speaking, present teleseminars, and work
with clients privately in order to help them develop powerful communication
skills so they can be happier and more successful at work and at
home.
Earlier
this year I completed a survey of my clients and subscribers and
they told me they wanted to learn more about persuasive communication.
As a result of that survey, I developed a free e-course on my website
called
Increase Business by Communicating Your Credibility.
In
this e-course you will learn important factors to increasing your
credibility, which will almost automatically increase your business.

"Let me give huge kudos to Felicia! I went from panic on
