Eusip Bvba is founded by Frans Gerbosch & Filip Vandegehuchte, two Internet Pioneers in Belgium.
Over the years Frans has been active in Hookon VZW, one of the first ISP's in Belgium and later became CEO of XS4all Internet NV Belgium where he servered for a number of years. Since 2001 he is working as an Independant Strategic Consultant within the Belgian Internet Market.
Filip has been active over the years as a Technical Consultant, He has worked for the Big internet Companies in Belgium Like Belgacom Skynet and Telenet. He specialised in Web-interface to back-end integrations.
The Company is founded as a Private venture with the aim to provide Independant, High Value, Low Cost, Dedicated Server Solutions.

Biba is an initiative started at the end of 2002 by the Belgian Minister of Telecommunications, Rik Daems, to foster Broadband applications development. Belgium is at present one of the most advanced countries as far as the number of Broadband users per habitant is concerned. Also Belgium has at present a geographical coverage of terrestrial Broadband access that covers at least 98% of the population. The Platform is open to all organizations and companies willing to play an active role in this development.
I was one of the original founders.
In September 2003 the first official Board is elected. I became Secretary, representing the ISP-Market.

XS4All Internet NV Belgium, founded January 1997, is a Belgian Internet Service Provider for the business market, owned between December 1998 and March 2001 by KPN Telecom. XS4All Internet NV Belgium was active as an Access Provider and a website development and engineering company with clients as Ytong, Greenpeace, Resilux, Recticel, ParkOffice, OIP, Cardoen, Adimat, …
I was responsible for the start-up, the operational management, personnel department, purchasing, the P&L and the day-to-day management of this company, which grew from 3 till 32 headcount.

HookOn vzw was one of the first Internet Access Providers in Belgium, founded by a group of students in february 1995 as a thesis-project. But survived it and grew into XS4All Internet Belgium in a later stage.
I teamed up with the founding-students to support the organisation structurally as General Manager.
