Glenn Bair began his career in 1992, as an Instructor for Eastman Kodak Company Center for Creative Imaging in Camden, Maine. Working in this role for two years, he taught introductory and intermediate imaging courses. As part of the curriculum, Mr. Bair instructed students in the use of desktop publishing software and hardware for publication-quality image reproduction and graphic design. In 1994, Glenn Bair left Eastman Kodak Company to become an independent consultant. He worked with companies from a variety of industries in San Francisco, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Houston, and Los Angeles to provide project management, consulting, training, Web development, and interactive design services. Mr. Bair’s clients included Adobe Systems, Inc., Aquent, Motorola Inc., Ogilvy and Mather Worldwide, Wired magazine, and BMG Entertainment, in addition to other advertising firms, publications, and technology companies. In 2000, Glenn Bair joined Aetna Inc. at its Middletown, Connecticut, office as an e-learning Project Manager, a role in which he offered technology consulting, performance support, and training design for five years. After becoming a Project Manager for Aetna’s e.Policies project for nearly a year and a half, Mr. Bair was named a Senior Project Manager in 2007. Still holding this role, he supervises vendors of Aetna’s provider Web and mobile applications. Mr. Bair has helped reduce medical costs, improve practice management, and provide real-time access online to both financial transactions and patient eligibility. Glenn Bair attended Rochester Institute of Technology in New York, where he studied Business Administration and Fine Arts and earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1992. Mr. Bair possesses years of experience with document and Web content management, e-learning, and information architecture, as well as project and vendor management. When Glenn Bair takes time away from his professional pursuits, he spends it with his family and enjoys visiting Rhode Island. In addition to exploring Jamestown, Mr. Bair and his family often cycle around Conanicut Island and Newport, or one of the many great beaches in Rhode Island. Mr. Bair also takes his family camping and travels to Cape Cod on a regular basis. Glenn Bair also enjoys sailing, a hobby of his for more than 20 years.
