I am Ke o agile, editor and publisher of 'SucceedToday, an NLP focused ezine for capacity builders in the personal and professional development areas.
SucceedToday has been around since November 2001, that is exactly . Initially I thought it would play a small role, complementing my one-on-one consultations in my coaching practice. But then for some exciting reasons, In TheZone has taken center stage. An overwhelming majority of individuals who read the ezine will never sit in consultation with me, and it is highly improbable that I will meet them. Perhaps you are one of them.

Back in February 2001, I refused to go to work! My boss promised me heaven and earth. I said 'no'. I refused persistently to go back to work. You see I could not say no to the passion I was feeling and am still feeling.

I remember very well the Friday in February 2001 when Paragon Coaching was born. Initially I thought I would mentor one person here and another there. The change of heart occured when someone asked me to 'motivate' them. My response to this person was that since I knew nothing about motivating people, I would make myself available to coach them. The rest like they say 'is history'.

I am no longer what I thought I was going to be! Today I am an NLP Coach, and I have been at it for more than 4 years. And I am a leader
I chose NLP above other approaches because of the satisfaction I experienced after having used it myself. As things stand right now I have this daily feeling that I am chasing my passion, not my pension. I am saying to myself: "Should have done this centuries ago!"

I believe you and I are both players in the adventure of life. We do not know when will our characters interact. But if and when they do, I would like to leave a legacy in your life:
To touch you in a way that transforms you and move you at least one step closer to the vision that God had of you when He first thought of you!
