Franchising: Franchise your business anywhere in the world.  We charge a flat $15,000.  Includes the entire process from beginning to end including 6 months of free consulting after the process is over.  Fee includes ALL attorney, consulting fees, there will be no hidden surprise costs.

Licensing: License your sports team name, business, famous recipe, school name, etc...  We charge a flat $15,000 for the entire process. Fee includes ALL attorney, consulting fees, there will be no hidden surprise costs.

Setting Up Distributorships: Set up a distributorship for manufacturered or retail product.  Flat fee of $15,000 for the entire process. Fee includes ALL attorney, consulting fees, there will be no hidden surprise costs.

Private Placement Memorandums (PPM, You can raise up to 50 million USD): $2,500 for all paperwork needed to submit to the SEC.  In addition we will provide you with a customized list of brokers of which you will select a dedicated one to pitch your project to the appropriate investors.

Midtown Capital Group offers an array of possibilities for businesses or real estate projects seeking funding.  We provide alternative methods of raising capital for those that cannot go to a bank.  We have formed strategic alliances with the countries major funds dedicated to different industries.

Our main focus involves funding Real Estate projects, both commercial and residential projects, for development or infrastructure levels.

We assist businesses in raising capital during the later stages or round of funding.

Here are the types of project we are currently seeking:

  1. Luxury Hotel buyers--International
  2. "Green" projects, those that involve the embetterment of humanity.
  3. Projects/Companies that are distressed (i.e. bankruptcy, foreclosures, ect... ) Examples would be:  A sale lease back to a Corporation that wants to sell a property to raise cash, lease it back for a couple years, which has a development opportunity at the tail end; A series of retail stores a Corporation wants to sell in bulk with the potential to pre-sell a large portion to individuals or a homebuilder that's over levered and the bank wants out for less than par or raw land.

  4. We are looking for projects where the builder has pre-sold a substantial majority of the apartments and is looking for a bridge to finish the project. On the Infrastructure side we would typically look for either  1. To provide construction funding for a project which is being paid for by a government (ie: the contractor won the contact, but now needs fund to build) 2.  A situation where long-term transportation contract are already in place, thereby providing a very high probability of future cash flows. We usually look for investments with either very strong collateral characteristics, or a very high probability of long-term cash flows.
