Being a countryside lawyer, that was my plan. So I went to law school to become my fathers successor in his law firm in Goldbach, Germany. Obviously I didn't count in my Karma. It never happened, an internship at IBM in 1985 and my fathers early death changed my course. I became an IT professional. But law school left it's traces. Being used to work with people, empower and defend them, my areas of expertise became training, human-computer-interaction (a.k.a usability), system architecture and Groupware I added Lotus pCLP and Certified Lotus Instructor to my skill set, even developing course material for fast-track and advanced topics. Working with people fascinated me, so I went through 5 years of training and became a Counsellor for personcentric development. This qualification is based on the work of Carl Rogers. I worked on almost all continents (only short of South America and the Antarctica) with many different clients and industries. In 2000 I relocated to Singapore, where I live now. If you look for an well educated, open minded, unconventional, creative, inspiring, outspoken, nearly rebellious, compassionate consultant -- I'm the man :-) stw And I love this: If you think education is expansive - try ignorance!
