We believe that communications is the key driver on the internet highway. We look at web sites from the 'front-end', (incidently, that's where your customers look from as well). You might think that I'm stating the obvious here, but the sad part is that web sites are (for the most part) technology driven (read 'back-end'), with scant or complete disregard for proper communications. Therefore, instead of using the web site to sell, we merely use it to state. A complete waste.

We do web sites using quality Open Source applications, including CMS (Content Management Systems)with a string of functionality, depending on what you want, incorporated. Needless to say that this is unbelievably cost-effective and doesn't compromise on quality.

If it's any good news to you, prices for sites built using Open Source CMS would be substantially lower than hand-coded ones.

There's only integration/ setup and User Interface design and testing charges as opposed to programming charges. Open source applications run on Linux/ Apache/ MySQL/ PHP which is a cheap and widespread hosting option.

Even better sites built with Open source applications would be CSS / Xhtml compliant sites complete with back-end administration. The Open source applications we use has a very large user base/ community so you're not locked in to any one supplier.
