Over the past several years, I have become acquainted with Reg Charie through participation in online networking groups.  Although we hadn’t worked together, Reg was always generous with his time, and willing and able to answer technical questions for me.  Recently, a client needed web hosting, so this was an opportunity for me to work with Reg via his 0Grief.com web hosting business.  He was very helpful in getting me (a relative novice) set up my client’s site, and the hosting worked well.  Then, recently, a mysterious problem arose with the site – unrelated to the hosting.  When viewed in Internet Explorer, the web text was all centered, while in other browsers, the text was all properly left-justified.  Although this was not Reg’s problem, he spent a good 45 minutes helping me try to figure it out and correct it.  His patience and technical knowledge were a great help.
