I have worked for past 10 years in various fields of customer service, financial management, business operations, training in the telecom and BPO industry apart from working experience as a Chartered Accountant. Founded VKALP in 2002, as a training and recruitment company for prospective call center executives and since then has set up a BPO company. We have a 120 seats BPO facility and plan to expand to 1000 seats by 2010. Mission We aspire to provide valuable business support services to our clients in various verticals enhancing their service potential and reducing overall cost of operations through our teams’ flexible and transparent approach. We wish to give each of our clients the “captive” feel in an outsourced environment. Vision Creating an organization of people with globally competitive skill sets and a zeal to achieve company and client goals.
