I fell in love with the Coaching industry and the coaches I was meeting.  I knew that, whatever I did, it was going to be surrounded by Coaches.  That's when I created Virtual Helper 4 U, and started working as a Virtual Assistant to Life and Career Coaches.  It fit for me.  I got to work with some truly AMAZING people AND I used talents and skills I had learned over many years of working in the business world. 

Then I realized that I needed to own my inner Coach, so I started Coach Training at The Coaches Training Institute and found that I had a lot of passion around being a Coach and I wanted to bring that into the work I was doing with Coaches.  That's when I brought in Wendy Cooper to do the tasks of being a Virtual Assistant, so I could focus on building the business, and being a Business and Life Coach.  That's when I started my life coaching business Amazing Steps.

Now, I have combined coaching with consulting and all the marketing experienced I gained through working with coaches.  I'm helping coaches with the entire process of marketing implementation and I'm loving every minute of it.  With the addition of more team members and the new combination, we changed the name the business to Coaches' Marketing Source. 

So, I run two businesses virtually and I design my business around my life, while helping others do the same.

I support people who had a dream, vision, or goal and are wondering if it's worth pursuing anymore.  My clients feel frustrated with their current job, career or relationship, even though they whole-heartedly believed that THIS was the one that was going to work.  They read books, soak up knowledge from the experts, and continue to take advantage of that next best thing that is SURE to bring it all together.  As Coach, I am with my clients as they plan out a new path. 

Sometimes they continue on the path they are on and sometimes they decide it's time to create a new path.  Either way, through our work together, clients create a whole new AMAZING way to "be" on that path.  We create ways to enjoy the journey, love each step and get AMAZING results because of it.
