My world-view
War is a childishly dangerous way to resolve a dispute. Violence must not be an option. Not Even the last one. We must evolve to a level where we can disagree with each other without killing each other.
Solution: Turn war into a billion-dollar sports business where the defense forces of countries are pitted against each other using fake weapons. We will still have war-heroes, nobody will lose their jobs and nobody will want to die. Disputes must be settled by negotiation. (Richard Bach in One)
Solution2: A world government. Tamil Nadu and Karnataka never go to war over Cauvery, neither do the various states of the U.S. What can be true for a country, can be true for the world.
What you can do? Start thinking that any kind of war against anybody is bad. When enough of us think like this, wars will stop. Just like cannibalism did.
Spiritual Capitalism: We cannot have half the world dying in hunger and the other world biting into pizzas, and retain peace. Capitalists must evolve to a level where they willingly share what is theirs. What you give, comes back.
My God is not better, he is just mine: Imagine if all the religious leaders of the world assembled in one place and issued one single statement My religion is not better, it is just another way to reach the same source What would it do to the world? (Neale Donald Walsche, in an interview)
My religion
None. I believe in a creative infinite intelligence that is the force behind all of creation. I believe, religion is too muddled up and confused to show me the right path.
My biggest strengths
My beliefs My family My sense of humor
Issues that move me and I would love to do something about
I love watching movies. My favorite food is Hot Dal with Rice and Ghee. My staple is Masala Dosa and Biriyani. My role models are Tony Robbins and Joan of Arc. My favorite book is Conversations with God. My fav. Fiction is The Da Vinci Code. I love dogs. I have long hair and I wear specs. I dont wear a watch. I love being goofy and singing loudly with my close friends. I am in love with world wide web. I am tone-deaf and I dont understand music, except when I am dancing. My best holiday was spent on a house boat in Kerala (Gods own country the green oh.. the green) with close friends. I think Tim Berners Lee is the coolest guy in the whole world. My best training program was a 7-day jungle survival program in forests near Bangalore. (Our team got lost in the jungle, it started raining heavily, we lost our compass and saw snakes and heard elephants. It was amazing!) I love sleeping on rainy afternoons. My favorite authors are Bernard Shaw and Premchand.
