About Me ... 
On a personal note, I’m a Christian, husband of 24 years, and the father of 4 wonderful and talented children who I love more than anything in this world.
Music is an important part of our lives.
My oldest son is graduating from high school this year and going into Music Performance at Baldwin-Wallace. He’s already an award-winning, accomplished violist/violinist and licensed Suzuki instructor. (By the way, if anyone in the Cleveland area is looking for a viola/violin teacher, please let me know!)
My 6-year old son, 11-year old daughter, and 14-year old daughter are learning piano. The 11-year old is also learning viola and the 14-year old is also learning guitar. Obviously, never a quiet moment!
My Career Background ...
Most people describe me as an ethical, intelligent, and innovative business leader; a people-oriented person with the ability to develop clear strategic vision and to empower others to achieve that vision.
As a business consultant, I am passionate about facilitating organizational excellence through a balance of education, automation, and business metrics. My forte is organizational diagnosis and business process re-engineering.
As an educator and training facilitator, I’ve created and taught an MBA course on Information Management. I’ve also had the opportunity to facilitate Steven Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” seminar.
I believe that success is not just a right, but an obligation to God and our family. We've been given the talents ... it is our responsibility to find them within ourselves and to use them!

Mentors in Motion (MiM)
About a year ago, I was introduced to a gentleman by the name of Val Smyth. At the time, I was actively trying to build a network marketing business what I now refer to as "the traditional way".
I’m a pretty good recruiter and I was enrolling several people per week into my business. What I found, however, was that they were quitting after 2-3 months.
One thing I learned from Val is the fact that "the only thing duplicable in traditional network marketing for most people is failure"! While network marketing has been around for over 50 years, traditional marketing methods have resulted in a 95% failure rate!
The problem is, although traditional marketing methods work, they are so slow and time consuming that only people putting forth a full-time effort for an extended period of time have a realistic chance of success.
