If interested in attending, volunteering, speaking, or exhibiting your business services or products, contact Dena. <<<<<<<>>>>>>> ~*~ Teleclasses are classes that you attend by calling in to a teleconference (bridge) number at a designated time and be linked with between 10 - 150 people on the same call. Each class is usually a little less than one hour and you don't have to worry about traveling to a seminar site, traffic, weather, etc. You attend from the comfort of your own home or office. All you need is a telephone, paper and a pen or pencil. Pour yourself a beverage, put up your feet, and enjoy! How easy can it be?? ~*~ We offer continuing education credits (CEUs) for mental health professionals (BSW, MSW, MFT, MHC)in many states in the USA accepting Florida accedited CEUs, in teleclass, home study and e-course formats. Other courses will be of interest to addiction professionals, coaches, and the general public. We are always working on improving the quality and number of courses we offer. A quarterly update of courses can be sent to you by e-mail by sending us an e-mail to DenaBower@bti-training.com and requesting the CEU Update. ~*~ For our Business/Corporate clients - we offer custom-designed courses to align with your philosophy and needs. Some offerings will include: Interpersonal Communication Skill-Building, Team-Building, Workplace Violence, Domestic Violence Overflowing into the Workplace, Professional Codependency, Teleconference/Teleclass Leading, Crisis Response and Crisis Debriefing (CISD). Many of these courses are offered by teleconference and e-mail, allowing us to offer them at a savings to your company by eliminating our travel & lodging fees. Of course, if you would rather have an on-site speaker, that could be arranged as well. ~*~ Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) is available for those businesses whose employees have experienced a traumatic incident caused from a natural disaster, terrorist attacks, loss through injury or death of a co-worker, or other incidents causing traumatic stress reaction. Ideally this is performed within 48-72 hours of an incident to create the general stabilization of the workforce and their productivity, promote employee morale and unity, and minimize the further development of post-traumatic stress disorder, or identify employees/managers with potential for possible complications in need of additional assessment and/or treatment. Without the CISD Crisis Intervention, some employees might have to be assessed to require the attention of a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in PTSD/Grief - often for a time period longer than most EAPs provide leading to greater insurance costs, as well as the loss of productivity. We can help with your Crisis Response Team needs. ~*~ Train the Trainer Seminars and Teleclasses are available to interested businesses and corporations.
