Mr. Dominic Magliarditi leverages over 20 years of professional experience toward his current role as President of DII Capital, Inc. With a unique background in law and finance, Dominic Magliarditi is particularly qualified to lead clients through the development process, handling acquisition and development due diligence, entitlement processing, financing and coordination with lenders and investors, deal structuring, capital raising, and strategizing for exit of investments. To date, Dominic Magliarditi assisted in developing some $500 million in projects. Dedicated to furthering his career, Dominic Magliarditi often takes on numerous business projects at the same time. Dominic Magliarditi has served as Founder and President of DII Investments, Inc. since 1991. Through DII Investments, Dominic Magliarditi has managed the business acquisitions and investments process for a multitude of businesses in the hospitality, food services, contracting, and financial services industries. Dominic Magliarditi commenced his professional career upon graduation from Albany Law School. Armed with a Juris Doctor, Dominic Magliarditi practiced law privately while pursuing his Master of Laws in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. After six years of practicing law in New York City and Las Vegas, Dominic Magliarditi joined Gem Development Company as Principal, Senior Executive, and General Counsel. Combining his keen business sense with deep knowledge of law, Dominic Magliarditi drove the company to over $125 million in annual sales. Dominic Magliarditi next lent his business development experience to Payment Resources International as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Dominic Magliarditi’s handling of operations, contract negotiations, and bank relationships played a key role in the company’s generation of $2 billion in merchant sales volume, as well as its sale to TransFirst Holdings. Outside of work, Dominic Magliarditi enjoys sports such as golf and hockey.
