Before I tell you a little bit about myself, let me share with you why I have this site --- In November 2003, I was told about a JUICE that had remarkable health properties -- WHOA!! -- I have to tell you, I am a skeptic by nature and I already knew about Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Prune Juice, etc. - these were healthy juices that I had always believed in.
I read some information about this "new" JUICE and what caught my attention was how "it made SICK cells WELL." It was explained how it worked at the cellular level and that's what REALLY got my attention; after all, we are made up of cells; MOSTLY living cells. Unfortunately, too many of our cells are dying faster than we are replacing them - others are not functioning quite like they should and therein lies the problem.
What did I have to lose; after all, I wanted to give my cells the best chance for good health that I could - so I started drinking this JUICE...oh boy, it tasted nasty (and that's only because it was different - HOWEVER, I wasn't going to be chased away - I soon learned to enjoy it - for me, it was an acquired taste).
SOME AMAZING THINGS HAPPENED IN ONE MONTH'S TIME:
1. My knee pain DISAPPEARED (and the pain wasn't funny, in fact, it was downright excruciating)
2. After acquiring a taste for the juice, it was suggested I swish it around in my mouth before swallowing because absorption starts there - I was initially concerned about doing that, not because of the taste but because of my teeth sensitivity to HOT & COLD fluids - well, to my amazement, my teeth sensitivity DISAPPEARED too!!
3. I started noticing other things begin to happen - dryness at my elbows DISAPPEARED
4. Cuts HEALED faster
5. My ENERGY LEVEL and sense of WELL-BEING increased markedly.
I am NO LONGER amazed when I hear of what others are saying and are EXPERIENCING after getting on the JUICE; no, instead I now feel very good to hear of the many wonderful TestiNONIals of what it is doing for so many!

My name is Jon Liljestrand; family, friends, associates, AND music are very important to me! I trust you will enjoy the music that comes with my Ryze page. The wonderful and loving mother of my children and I have two grown children: Our son, Nathan, lives with his wife, Melissa, in Palmer Lake, Colorado; our daughter, Sarah, with her husband, Mike and sons, Liam and Milo now live here too!!! We are very proud of our son & daughter! They have chosen for themselves wonderful life partners. Pam & I became grandparents on May 2, 2004 while waiting with our daughter and Mike for Liam to enter the world. What an incredible experience that was! AND even more exciting is Sarah & Mike have blessed us with a second grandson, Milo; born right here in Palmer Lake!! And 5 weeks later, Nathan & Melissa blessed us with our first granddaughter, Isabel!!
I have learned from the "valleys" and "mountains" of life and expect that life's lessons will continue; receiving as well as giving. I hold dear my life as it was given to me and pray that I may become a better steward, if that's possible, of all that God has entrusted to me.

The Legend of The Cherokee Rose
When the Trail of Tears started in 1838, the mothers of the Cherokee were grieving and crying so much, they were unable to help their children survive the journey. The Elders prayed for a sign that would lift the Mother's spirits to give them strength. The next day, a beautiful rose began to grow where each mother's tears fell. The rose is white for their tears; a gold center represents the gold taken from the Cherokee lands, and seven leaves on each stem for the seven Cherokee clans. The wild Cherokee Rose grows along the route of the Trail of Tears into eastern Oklahoma today.
