ABOUT ME:
A registered Professional Engineer with extensive international infrastructure experience and strong academic background involving construction engineering and management, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, environmental engineering, and water/wastewater engineering. Managed projects at federal, state, local, and international levels. Projects included feasibility evaluation, planning, designing, and construction management of tunnels, highways, buildings, bridges, airports, and pipelines. Areas of expertise are analysis, design, and construction management of foundations, retaining structures, and underground facilities; value engineering; structural distress evaluation of buildings, bridges, and pavements; geotechnical investigation and reporting; and rehabilitation of constructed facilities. Well-known for solving clients’ infrastructure challenges through careful analysis, alternative evaluation, and recommending optimum solutions.
