First up, I own a biz dealing in trading of commodities, such as
oil and gas, scrap, coal, palm oil, fertilizers etc. We also have the
capability to finance trades or make investments in regards to viable
trades requiring the financial element. For those of you who may have
leads or introductions/referrals in regards to these services, you will
be eligible for a commission from our company.I am also a consultant
with MKS & Associates, our offices span 8 countries and we have spent
the last 10 years establishing deep networks within established local
and foreign financial institutions and banks in Malaysia, Singapore,
Thailand, Hong Kong, Phillipines and Vietnam thus being able
to provide some niche consultancy in:
- Introduction of a comprehensive framework to re-structure
debt repayments.
- Negotiation within financial institutions to obtain waiver on
Corporate & Individual Non performing Loans(NPL's) cases ranging
from obtaining anywhere between 40% to 90% waivers of principal and
interests accrued.
- Advisory services on various debt restructuring schemes which
involves debts such as Credit Cards, Housing Loans/Commercial
Loans and Business Loans.
- Providing practical legal solutions.(Summons, Summary
Judgement, Foreclosure & Bankruptcy)
- Facilitate complete corporate restructuring in the form of
re-organizing and turn-around companies with financial difficulties.
- Mergers, acquisitions, reverse take-over and IPO's.
- Assistance in business matchmaking in Malaysia, Thailand,
Singapore, Phillipines, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Australia.
- Biz loan~Application for financing of working capital,
asset financing & project financing under both conventional and
islamic banking.
- Offshore financing~Obtain financing from offshoe banks
for projects carried outside Malaysia.
- Cash Flow financing~Obtain necessary funding to support
the cash flow requirement such as Contract financing, overdraft
against PC/Indent.
- Equity Financing~ Creat additional shareholdings via
shares in companes to increase cash flow leverage. Also acquisition
of existing on-going business in Manufacturing, Hotel and Service
Industries. Facilitate participation in new projects, both Govt. and
Private Projects.
- Land & property financing~ Financing purchase of Land,
Plantations, Factory(Completed and under construction), Shophouses
and commercial Lots/Buildings.
Most of our clients for the above services are obtained from
referrals by past and existing clients and also agents who receive an
introductory remuneration which is particularly attractive especially
