Ammu passed away on August 23rd 2000,in a road accident, leaving a big vaccum in many lives who knew her.She was Four years, nine months and 23 days old... For many days, the vulnerability of living beings, the fragility of our existence, was hitting right between the eyes. Nature taught me some basic ground rules. Another silent evening in the Himalayas, by the side of Ganges - an old saint said "The children of mother earth needs love and care, GIVE IT"...... A thought was born. I started thinking - what can I possibly do for the Chidren of Mother earth - my brothers and sisters? Out of emptiness and emotional chaos, Ammucare evolved..... It was created based on simplicity and the the essence of existence - Universal Love.....Ammu's nature was the same too - Unconditional Love and her care for all.Care Beyond All Man Made Barriers. She loved all creatures on earth. Ammucare took birth on October 25th 2003, the day India celebrated the festival of lights... Ammucare continues to touch many lives positively. Many compassionate people walked in, as if by Divine Order, to spread the message of positiveness. Jointly, we touched many lives.... Healed many.....And the spirit of service continues, beyond all man-made barriers such as caste, creed, communities, countries, colours, cultures, conditionings etc etc... The only qualification to be part of Ammucare is a compassionate heart and a broad outlook. The ability to look at the world as one and the ability to understand the expression of universal love and brotherhood in everything, all beings.The basic essence called Love that encompasses the whole creation. True charity never creates dependancy. It liberates the recepient from dependancies of all kinds. This is what Ammucare believes in. We believe in ONE POSITIVE ACT A DAY. This will go a long way in making someone smile at some part of the world. Selfless action purifies ourselves. Continous positive action leads to change in our outlook, character and habits. We evolve. Our positiveness makes the world more positive and a better place for the children of mother earth to live peacefully.
