Schwelling Recruiting Services seeks companies, VCs and private equity firms in need of high level executives who will invest in a company they would run or just want a high paying job without making any investment. Currently, I have over 1,000 high net worth executives who have run companies in the past and are seeking new challenges. I can give references. Several of my private equity firms say that my candidates are the best in the industry and each of them tell me that they will rely on my services to find them the candidate they need when they buy another company and look for a CEO, COO or CFO to run their company. If you do not need my executives to invest in your firm, all the better but it is good to know that they can invest if needed and most have a following of private equity firms that would invest in almost any company they would run.

I have many more candidates who are also very highly skilled but may not invest in a company (even though some in this category may have net worth's of $5,000,000 or more) that hires them. Most of my candidates have earned $100k or more--many as high as $500k to over $1M during a given year over the past several years. Most have net worth's of $2,000,000 to $10 million and some as much as $15,000,000 to at least one with $80,000,000 is seeking new challenges. (As you may suspect, I am a great believer that, not in all, but in most cases, a high net worth that is earned from running businesses in the past is a good indication of the value of a top executive who may be looking for another company to run!)

President/Executive Recruiting Office

If you have a net worth of $300k or more (they don't need your money but they look for stability if they are going to provide the financing to set you up in a business) ask about the President/Executive Recruiting Office position. My client, a global executive recruiting firm, will finance the opening of a recruiting office near where you live. They are not looking for recruiters but managers who can manage offices with one administrator who can run the office when you are out and 3 recruiters to 5 or more. Once you have 5 or more recruiters who are up and running, you should be earning $500k a year.

Many of our candidates are willing to invest in a company they run, but what we are seeking is job listings for executives who would be paid a base salary, bonuses and/commissions whether or not they make any investments in your firm. The fact that they are able invest is simply another measure of their ability to work in your company without having any financial problems looming overhead while they manage your business.

Our fees are nominal. We charge a flat fee per candidate. However, instead of paying us up front, you pay us 10% of what you pay our candidates each month you pay him salary, bonuses and/or commissions until we are paid the entire fee we agree upon. If for any reason the candidate does not work out, you only pay us for the months he worked for you. You do not pay the balance of the fee nor do we give refunds.

If you hire one of our candidates to do consulting work, our fee, again, is 10% of what you pay him each month but never more than the fee we agree to no matter how long he may work for you as an independent contractor, employee or sales agent. (We also have similar fee pay plans for middle level sales and management executives who do not have high net worth’s but may be highly qualified to work in your business.)

Executive Recruiter

If you can work out of your own home office and are willing to take instruction as to what you need to do to work on some of my assignments, I can keep you busy full time and you can earn as much as $150k to $300k a year doing what I do for a living. I only work about 4-5 hours a day normally 5 days a week so If you worked full time (I spend many of my afternoons playing tennis) you could make more money then I do without trying too hard. But it does take some time to fill the funnel with candidates so to speak before you will get your first pay check. The best part of this work is that it costs you nothing to get into this business and I provide you with everything you need to get started. You don't have to be a slick salesman when you are talking to CEOs, and other executives that you are trying to place in jobs that I am trying to fill. Anyone who is willing to go to free job boards and find candidates (also, I have more candidates than I can talk to so I can give you candidates to work) to talk to can do this business if they use my scripts and refer most candidates you talk to to one of my client firms.

Candidates do not pay us for the work we do, we are paid by my client firms. You will work on a split commission or fee basis when I place CEOs or other high level executives with firms offering salaries, bonuses and/or commissions. I do the placement since I am working with VC firms, private equity firms as well as individual companies which have a need for high level executives who are willing to invest in a company they would run. If you talk to others which do not want to invest in a company, you can offer them the President/Executive Recruiting Office position where they can earn $500k a year once they have 5 or more recruiters running smoothly. Currently this firm processes more then $3.2. Billion per year in credit card transactions, 100% of which was signed by business to business sales people like you.
Currently this firm pays out more then $7.million per year in combined weekly commissions and monthly residual payments to more then 150 independent sales people, 100% of which are paid to business to business sales people like you.
Currently the average up-front commission per account is $200 and the average # of accounts written per sales person is 5-10 per month.
Currently the average monthly residual per account per individual sales person is **$25. i.e...
