vessel arrives at a port or is about to arrive, there are a number of tasks
that are to be executed by OPS staff. This application will have pro forma task
lists per port per service code. The port call will be uploaded from the GSIS
system and the supervisors assign the tasks to individual users. Users work on
the task and then close the tasks upon completion, optionally entering
additional information like number of containers, telex reference and any
comments. 2) E-Leave: e-Leave application keeps track of vacation
taken by CEU employees in a calendar year and provides necessary reports to HR

different locations or at the same location. During this process, the subject
would be communicated via mails and telephone calls that have to be served in
