My name is Soni, which rhymes with Johnny and is short for "My mother is a hippy and gave me a long, unpronounceable 'Hollywood Injun' name out of a Jimmy Stewart movie". :-) Saving the world For the past few years, I've been a personal and spiritual development coach specializing in helping people build sustainable, joyful and successful lives and lifestyles that work for them as well as the world around them. Currently, my coaching work is on hold during my Americorps service, since I have just enough world-saving capabilities for one or the other. Helping others save the world In the interim, I am in the process of creating a successful copywriting business focusing on those who work in the "world saving" business, but who are having a hard time creating a marketing message that shares their vision in a compelling and effective manner. I also plan on writing more print articles on this general subject matter in the coming year, for sale to magazines and such. Although I specialize in LOHAS (Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability) businesses such as personal development, social consciousness and other world-changing fields, I also do work in areas outside that specialty.
