I'm a teacher, coach, mentor, athlete and Reiki Master.

I'm a nature lover. I love the wilderness, watching animals in their natural habitat, water and mountains. A few years ago I had the opportunity to visit Hawaii. Watching the whales and dolphins was breath taking. Snorkeling in the ocean was amazing!! I felt like a young child back in comfort and safety of the womb.

I spend my summers at the family cottage on a inland fresh water lake 20 miles from home. I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, skiing, kayaking, swimming and roller blading. I also love x-country skiing and am fortunate to have some of the Worlds' finest trails within a 30 minute drive of my home.

I love to travel and my competitive water ski career has provided with the opportunity to see so much of North America, especially the tropical locations. I had the honor of representing Canada at an International event in Singapore. I'll never forget the sense of peace, joy and pride I felt as I was presented with a Gold Medal.

My greatest gift is Reiki. In August 2002 I was attuned as a Reiki Master. I'm excited to be able to share this gift with those who are attracted to it. Over the last 6 years my personal growth and ability to connect with the higher self have been accelerated and strengthened as a result of Reiki.

I've always been very active and healthy as I approached my mid 30's I started to gradually gain weight. It didn't seem to matter how I modified my diet or increased my exercise routine I couldn't seem to drop those extra pounds. A friend introduced me to cleansing. She was so excited! She lost 10 lbs and went from a size 14 to a size 8.

On my first cleanse I lost 10 lbs and went from a size 8 to a size 4. I have more energy and stamina then I've had in years. My skin is softer and my eyes are white and bright. I no longer have the cravings for sweets that I'd learned to live with.

I've been on Isagenix for over a year and half now. My fitness level has improved to heights that amaze me. I can x-country ski for 2-3 hours at a time and not feel fatigued when I take my skis off. The amazing part is I can do this day after day with no recovery time.

The body really is the miracle. When you cleanse the big filters of the body and feed the body good quality nutrition it performs like a finely tuned engine. I personally look and feel better today then I did when I was a competitive athlete in my twenties.
