I am a graduate in Physics and math, I have done Masters in economics and MBA in International Business.  

With over 18 years of cross functional experience.first six years are given to Indian army as commissioned officer.During the stint I have been trained and inculcated,values like commitment,time management,loyalty, people mangement,hardwork,and focussed approach which ultimately hold good in any society.

I also cherish the experinces,adventure,doing the impossible,the fear of unknown,the feeling of doing it for your country,stretching the mental and physical limits.The rugged mountains of Himalayas the desert of Rajasthan, the paddy fields and canal system of Punjab.The spirit and culture of being an Officer and a Gentleman.

As a child I was part of Joint Family .Which gave all of us great strength,ability to cooperate,respect elders,think about all before self,sharing,tolerance,the celeberations,and carrying all to the finish line.I am greatful to my parents for what they did and taught us .

I have long experience of  handling operations,developing products ,shipping coordination and devloping people to develope sales and operations.I have served in org like milton,s ltd, lilys apparel,(subsidiary of lilys of london huddersfield uk).

My Personal traits include,never give up,every situation can be turned around for good,inspirational leadership, developing systems to manage.I love the challanges.

I believe people are the key,and every person is capable of doing some MAGIC IF WE CAN INSPIRE HIM.

Besides My  TRUE PASSION  is investment in Real Estate ,identifying properties, and countries for investment.Having network in four countries.Having investment in three countries, which generate passive income.I am a student Of Mr Robert Kiyosaki who has changed my life, by teaching me the analysis of cash flow  from properties.

I can provide you more research later on.I can also provide you Cashflow analysis of the property.

If you feel we could do this in some other way.Please do not hesitate to put forth your thoughts.I am open to new options.

I have got positive cash flow propeties identified, and  looking for  partners who could participate as partners  .We can share the profit .

It is done with grace of god and guidance of Mr robert over last five years.

As they say whatever you concieve you can achieve.My quest for Financial Freedom has taken a new turn.many friends have contributed their rich knowledge and support to me.Most of the credit goes to Mr Robert My Mentor.

I have achieved the financial freedom through real estate Investments and financial litracy in true sense.It became possible only becuase of followings:
