I practice in the areas of international business transactions, non-profit organizations and corporate law, trademarks, intellectual property and general business litigation. My corporate experience includes counseling clients regarding international business transactions, corporate formation and entity selection, contractual agreements, and intellectual property. I also have experience in general employment law and trademark prosecution. As a litigator, I have represented clients in matters involving intellectual property, products liability, unfair competition and securities fraud

Before law school, I worked full time as an IT systems and network administrator. I did a mixture of computer support and systems administration for six years, working at places such as the University of California Student Information Systems, Earthlink, and the Community Health Center Network.

I am currently a member of the San Francisco County Bar Association and served on the Barristers Judges Reception Committee. I am also a member of the Asian American Bar Association and was Co-Chair of the Mentorship Committee

As a graduate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, I am looking to make business contacts, find clients, and meet new people. At Hastings, I served as a staff member and Articles Editor for the Hastings Race & Poverty Law Journal. I was also a member of the Moot Court Board and the Snodgrass Moot Competition Committee. I competed on the Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition team and served as head teaching assistant for Appellate Advocacy and Moot Court. I received two academic scholarships and served as Vice President of the Hastings Intellectual Property Association.
