My name is Trina L.C. Sonnenberg, creator of TLC Promotions, The Trii-Zine Ezine and AdsOnQ - Article Distribution and Syndication On Quikonnex..
I have been in the network marketing and publishing business since the year 2000. I made my initial appearance on the web with the creation of TLC Promotions, a marketing information and resource web site. A year later the first issue of the Trii-Zine Ezine was published. Both of these ventures came into being as a way to promote myself .
In the year 2003, due to the ever declining effectiveness of email publishing, I moved The Trii-Zine from email distribution into RSS. I have not emailed an issue of my ezine since that time. And it has been a move that I have never regretted. In fact, the conversion to RSS has been a boon to my business. The reason being that I can effectively communicate with my subscribers without using email at all, and my work is a food source for the search engine spiders. Getting ranked is far more desirable than falling into the pit of the cyber trash can, and the ever non-discriminating filters.
Having had such success with my ezine, using RSS, I decided that I should seek out other ways to use this technology in business. In 2004, I launched a new advertising company, which takes full advantage of the benefit of syndication through RSS. We call it AdsOnQ.
Being that search engines love the content provided by RSS feeds that are maintained and updated regularly, and the fact that RSS feeds can be syndicated, putting content on other web sites, almost effortlessly, it made sense that using it for advertising would be extremely powerful. It has proven to be exactly that... POWERFUL!
By writing keyword focused articles and posting them to our feed, we have been able to successfully inject our content into the number 1 page of Google's search results for those specific terms. Being able to syndicate our content, we have been able to expose our feed to visitors on hundreds of different web pages throughout the net. The power of this is obvious. Syndication allows the syndicator the opportunity to leverage the traffic of other web sites.
Recently, AdsOnQ has incorporated this concept into classified advertising as well. We now offer the option of syndicating 5 line classifieds as well as complete articles, and solo ads.
The reason that I have been able to take full advantage of RSS in business, without having to get a degree in programming is very simple... I use the Quikonnex system to create, maintain and syndicate my feeds. Quikonnex is the leader in the field of RSS technology. They are constantly developing it for Internet communications without email. They have taken RSS where no others have: into private personal communication, conferencing, podcasting, private, password protected feeds, and desktop applications for feed subscribers. They have taken this technology way beyond mere blogging, which is why I have been able to achieve so much success with it myself.
Now I not only spend my time educating people on health and wellness issues, but I teach others how to tap into the power of RSS for the benefit of their business and personal communications.

A Whole New Way to Communicate

What is DeskView? Well, it is a desktop application that will allow you, the user, to have direct access to The Trii-Zine ( and other RSS feeds) without having to even open a browser. It is a news portal/ mini-browser.
(NOT A TOOLBAR)
You simply download DeskView and save it to your desktop. Then, when you want to know what's new news, you click the icon to open it, log in, and presto! you've got news! There is absolutely no adware, spyware... just information you subscribe to.
