- Purloin: Olivia Dean owns and operates the Mountain View Inn, a bed and breakfast in Manitou Springs, Colorado, knows as a retreat for couples in troubled relationships. Unknown to her guests, Olivia feeds on their anger, sending them home happier than when they arrive. All is well at the inn until Olivia agrees to temporarily house two new contractors brought in from out of town by her close friend Lynne, a manager from a local software firm. One of the contractors, Vincent Vargis, is like Olivia but feeds on fear. When he and Olivia meet, emotions turn out of control for everyone. Read story...
