A lot of ladies have asked me this question---and the difference
between Slumber Parties and other companies. While I will only
discuss some things privately, I will share a few things that make
Slumber Parties different, and what made me join this company vs.
others.
I did do a lot of research first- I called distributors of other
companies, browsed websites, checked out prices, commissions,
downline commission, training options, and products of at least 6
different companies.
I wanted a company that held us some ethical fiber---yes, even in
this industry there are ethics..I found this with Slumber Parties.
Not to say that there are no ethics elsewhere, but this company
really spoke to me, as no other company did. There are rules and
codes of conduct that make me feel as if I am affiliated with a
company that holds professionalism as a valuable resource! I am very
proud to be with Slumber Parties!
I also wanted a company that had lingerie---LOTS of lingerie. Ladies
always ask for it, want it, and want something that will fit them!
Many companies do not offer lingerie, or do not offer the wide
selection and sizes that Slumber Parties has to offer. The prices are
within reach of most customers, and it really looks like classy
stuff. We have some "naughty girl" items, just as other companies do,
but what about those ladies who want beauty? We have that!
I was looking for a company that had something for every woman, not
just "toys and lubes"----some women are just not into that! I wanted
to be able to market and help every woman, not just a few!
I wanted a company that offered free training, not simply a handshake
and a handbook---a company that would be supportive even if the
person who sponsored you went missing and never was heard from again.
Imagine having a sponsor that never calls, never helps, never advises
or coaches!! I have had sponsors like that--if your sponsor is not
helping you succeed, what can happen?? With Slumber Parties, we are a
sisterhood. We will not let another sister fail! We support one
another through sales, parties, learning, divorces, deaths,
pregnancy! There isn't a day that goes by without me speaking to at
least one of my sisters! We have had other sisters actually fly out
to the home of one who is going through a bad time, divorce, death of
family member--and take the time to sit with her!! I think that is
amazing!
What about a company that give back to the community? We have
that..Slumber Parties and it's distributors support Sparcas. Sparcas
is a non for profit organization that helps women, not with a hand
out, but a hand up. Some of these women are just starting out,
getting away from an abusive relationship, recovering after a fire,
trying to make ends meet after the death of a husband. Sparcas adopts
them for a full year, and helps them rebuild their life....Who
wouldn't want to be a part of that?
The training cannot be beat with Slumber Parties. We have regional
and national training, convention, all with advisory board members--
and weekly training opportunities! FREE! All of this wonderful
training is free! There are rewards every month for distributors,
trips, cars, laptops, i-phones, jewelry and more. I have never been
so proud as when I got my first reward! That never happened with the
other companies I worked with, regardless of how hard I worked!
We offer a bridge program to members of other similar companies to
help them get started with us as well.
This all being said, I cannot tell you how happy I am that I chose
Slumber Parties...it has only become better for me, from the start! I
will be heading to national training this year to meet the founder of
Slumber Parties, and my Slumber grandma! Then
later in October, I will be headed to regional training to meet her
again!
