Excellent opportunity in Business Development for a leading KPO to look after Chicago and Westcoast. * To lead and manage the entire sales process from generation of sales leads to sales closures in the assigned territory for the company * To achieve the assigned sales / business target * To manage assigned customer accounts (if allocated) and achieve sales growth targets for these accounts * To work closely with the sales, pre-sales, marketing and delivery teams to achieve the above objectives Requirements: 1. Masters Degree or MBA 2. At least 5 years experience in Sales / Business Development in the European region, preferably in a ITeS / BPO / KPO / consulting environment 3. Excellent presentation, verbal & written communication skills in English and knowledge of at least one more European language 4.
