vinay gupta		Hi All!! Year 2009 started on a sad note globally with USA hitting recession and people loosing their jobs in thousands. The financial sector has hit a worst low in the history - not just in the US markets but globally. Its really tough to find jobs in market. Almost every other company is shredding people out-however no-one seems to really care about the future of these “laid off” people. Many companies are also reducing the working days for their employees. This is an effort to reduce gap between employers and job seekers. A job portal where companies don't have to pay anything for posting jobs for which they might be hesitating to spend hundreds of dollars.
