I will somewhat agree with Angie. Especially when there is a project or specific task you just want to put off as much as possible. HOWEVER!... I believe there is time in your day when you need to "Shift Into Glide" (1970's rock song) and just let things go to let you brain uncramp from the problem solving or the job/"PROJECT"/task at hand. There is something constantly going on for me, and I could keep going 24 hrs. I need at least a spiritual lull... prayer, meditation, scripture (all the above) then I guess that isn't killing time either. I'm doing this instead of writing checks and mailing the bills. I should be practicing for the next music gig(play about two nights a week), and I need to be packing for the men's retreat that starts tomorrow through Sunday that I am a leader for. I also am running the corporate store, moving two franchises to the new owners new location. I am the Director of Operations for new franchises. Lots-O-Caffine!
