Denis Gibbon		Great achievements always look so difficult and un-attainable until we decide that they are not for any special chosen few, but they are freely available to me and you. There's a certain magic in writing things down. This is especially true in goal setting. The truth is that very few people take the time to write down their goals. It is not surprising that over 90% of people never achieve their dreams, simply because they didn't make the effort to write them down in the form of step-by-step goals. Each step is a component of the whole, but unlike the whole, it is designed to be easily accompished in an elected period of time. We keep ourselves on track by focusing on one step at a time. When you think about it, we can only think one thought at a time, and we can ony breathe one breath or take one step at a time. Sure, we can make our steps or breaths bigger, but only one at a time. I am reminded of a product that came on the market several years ago called 'Painting by Numbers'. The kids loved it. We can all become Dream Engineers. As long as our dreams are clear and realistic, and we can make the commitment to achieve them and the decision to do so, we will attract the support of the universal mind.
