Wendy,
Since you asked, I am not a big fan of lead capture pages with so little information on what's in it for me.
It says I will receive leads for real online business seekers, then asks me to become one. That's what I see.
I use a three phase approach that weems to be working well. The first phase educates them a little and them invites them to move to the next phase without an email address requested. This opens a new Window for surfers and gets a minor comittment. The next phase builds on the relationship and asks for their information with no mention of capture or providing leads. Finally they will get a personal response, not be shoved into an autoresponder and I tell them that.
