Recruitment of such kind doesn’t seem to be of much effectiveness to me, as when company want positions in certain profile you cant expect them to go hunting on networking site. They should be going to placement consultants who can get them N Number of profile to choose from.

What is possible is, you are working in XYZ profile and you looking to switch, you can use your contact on such site to get informed about jobs in various companies for your kind of profile.

If you talk about corporate, most of them will have job board for employees referral based recruitments, so that’s exactly when you can get informed and walk-in for interview.

There may be many finance guys on Ryze who are sitting at much higher position then one should be contacting for such opportunity, that’s may be a problem.
