Hi Sheel,
No elevation in the Bay Area. You may want to go to Point Reyes and walk up and down to the light house several times, just kidding. All I can say is get an early start, when I did the hike the last bus back to the parking lot left the trail head at 7PM. If you miis the bus it is a mile back to the parking lot. If its a nice day you may want to spend some time at the Emerald Pool real pretty and relaxing area. No ropes at the top so watch the edge : )
