What: Walking / Hiking - Explore the neighborhoods – Marina and beyond!
When: Meet at 9am on Sunday the 8th of August
Where: location will be the Marina Green in San Francisco.
Where to Meet: Meet at the Exercise Equipment area on the east side of The Green.

How much: $0 - but you may want to bring some cash in case we go for a drink or food after the hike.
Bring: Water and a snack if you think you may get hungry
Parking: Parking should be easy this early in the morning

Walk Description Below
Meet at the Marina Green at 9am. We will depart at 9:10 sharp so get there early so you can stretch/warm up a bit. We will cover a total of 9 miles at an 18 minute per mile pace as we walk across the Golden Gate Bridge and back and then meander around the Marina neighborhood.
This hike will last about 3 – 3.5 hours, will cover some hills, and will go at a moderately quick pace. We rate this as an moderate to advanced hike. If you are not used to a good pace and some hills, this would not be a good hike to join in on.
Bring water and a snack if you get hungry.
