Whacky Sandwiches

This one is my favorite but not so healthy :)

Thick turkish bread stuffedwith char grilled veggies ( red capsicum, mushrooms, onions, sundried tomatoes and eggplant, garlic ) very oily but fantastic served cold.

for the healthy option just stuff a lot of gajjar kachumber
in a toasted brown bread. ( grated carrots, chopped green chilli, lemon juice, salt, dessicated coconut, crushed peanuts and season with mustard seeds ) yum.
