I am a bilingual technical writer and translator.
I also know HTML and know how to translate webpages to Spanish. Let me know if you have any needs for translations.
I'm familiar with PHP and I worked in a proyect where we used PHP to build a webbased software, but I'm NOT a programer. I wrote the manuals in Spanish and English for that software.
