Hi Troy,
First, congratulations on your updated website. It didn't really do anything strange, but if you'll allow me, I'd like to make a few comments from a surfer's point of view.
1 Your page took more than a minute to load up. Not good. Okay, I have dialup, but if you're marketing something, you can't expect every visitor to your site to already have broadband. That's not fair to your potential customers.
2 When I saw the "...Loading" sign on the screen, I gave out a big sigh. I've posted in other networks that I HATE Flash. I think it's definitely useless on the Home page, in fact should be BANNED from all Home pages. It may help if you want to demonstrate something or show a product in more detail in another page, but even then, it's not really necessary. Just takes up too much time & resources all round.
3 Font is too small. I had to peer somewhat to read all of it. On the other hand, the information is short & sweet. That's good.
4 The 'look' of the site is all right on the whole. Clean, simple, easy-to-navigate. That's thoughtful. Although frames can be tricky for some users. Who might be potential customers. Who might feel the site's too "technical" as an example of what they want.
5 Colours: Since your market is corporate, colour scheme is fine.
All in, not too bad a site. But can be improved in many ways.
The best sites are those with the easiest USABILITY. Only a small fraction of sites are designed with the aim of incorporating usability for the average vistor. Visitors who appreciate the usability of a site are strong candidates for turning into your customers.
Take me, for example. Here is a site I went into recently, about Internet Maketing, that just blew me away. It impressed me so much, in terms of usability, that I've been recommending this site to anyone I know. It's got hundreds of articles FULL of advice, tips, how-tos, help, even great eBooks, all FREE.

Wishing success to all.
