Hi Trisha,
Even though I use WYSIWYG tools in my business, there's still no substitute for being able to look at the HTML code to figure out what's wrong ... with page editors and wizards, you may have a table or image element that's not obvious, but throwing everything else off (especially with nested tables). The quickest way to identify the problem is by looking at the HTML code, which isn't hard to learn.
That being said, I'm not familiar with the GoDaddy product specifically, but if you can open the pages with another editor, I'd suggest the Mozilla Composer. It has WYSIWYG features, as well as the ability to look at the source code of your page when you're ready to learn HTML. Sometimes, using another program will render the page differently, helping you identify layout issues.
The Composer is part of the Mozilla browser download, which would also let you see how Mozilla and Netscape users will view your site and use your scripted features (though Internet Explorer is still the most popular browser, it's share is slipping due to the continual flow of security holes being found, even after all these years). The Mozilla suite can be found at www.mozilla.org, and it is open-source (free!) software.
