Hi,
Similar experience was faced by a friend of mine working for one of the software companies. She was traveling early in the morning in her car .She was stopped by a group of 5 people (what a co incidence – it was a quails too). But this girl was lucky and had a presence of mind. She emptied the full can of pepper spray on the advancing group. It gave her enough time to escape from the place. When she approached the police station to lodge a complaint guess what the cops said “Any way nothing has happened to you, so why lodge a complaint now, It’s your mistake of traveling alone!! “ she can not speak or understand Kanada, so couldn’t do anything. This incident has made her to relocate to Pune. Friends, we can not rely upon cops for sure. Only if we start helping each other whenever we come across such situations, probably we can see the safety in the horizon. Police will only act when you show them money not otherwise.
