Unfortunately it is true:studies have been conducted in the US to understand the "muggers mentality"-one of them focussed on how they chose their victims
They said they would not "risk" attacking someone who looked like they would fight back
they chose their victims-they did not "just" attack
Also they said somthing interesting:they waited for people who were waiting for a boyfrind or gf and who did not turn up-they said that and an emotional event was the most vulnerable moment.
The incidents that happened in Bangalore sure are palnned to the last detail:they are watching and I think the guy was just a last minute luck for them-be the girlsw ere the target-and they know three things-one Indians are no good in fighting back,the people around will not help and thirdly the police will DEF not help or take action

Also dress makes a huge impact-in a sex starved country like ours where eve teasing is a sign of manliness-well....
watch the movies-if the hero can lift your skirt and make you fall in love with him-hey why cant I do it?
Also i hate to say this-but many young things send out wrong signals-in their need to appear"sexy" they say and do things that as a mother has me jaw dropping
Go to Forum on a weekend:the crowd there is def "in" for fun-that includes female watching-and I suppose guy watching too-I have had-at my age!!-to collar guys
